70/2003. Titolare del sito e venditore è User Test (C.F. JFISKWBAUDOWJQN), con sede in Hdiskw, 36100, Vicnene, Vi, Portogallo.
- via email all'indirizzo webvoyage0@gmail.com;
- beni confezionati su misura o chiaramente personalizzati, cioè realizzati secondo le specifiche del consumatore;
- beni che rischiano di deteriorarsi o scadere rapidamente;
- beni sigillati che non si prestano a essere restituiti per motivi igienici o connessi alla protezione della salute (ad esempio prodotti per la cura della pelle o del corpo), se sono stati aperti dopo la consegna;
- beni che, dopo la consegna, risultano per loro natura inseparabilmente mescolati con altri beni;
- User Test (C.F. JFISKWBAUDOWJQN)
- Indirizzo: Hdiskw, 36100, Vicnene, Vi, Portogallo
- Email: webvoyage0@gmail.com
- Telefono: +393477249997
Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy
Effective from 06/11/2026
This Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy governs purchases of physical goods made by consumers on the website “il.tatuatore”. It is drawn up under Articles 45 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree 70/2003. The website owner and seller is User Test (Tax Code JFISKWBAUDOWJQN), with its address at Hdiskw, 36100, Vicnene, Vi, Portugal.
1. Right of withdrawal
A consumer who buys one or more physical goods for delivery through the website has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, without giving any reason and without penalty (Article 52 of the Consumer Code).
The 14-day period starts on the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. If several goods are ordered together and delivered separately, the period starts on the delivery of the last good. If a good is delivered in several lots or pieces, the period starts on the delivery of the last lot or piece.
If the Data Controller has not informed the consumer of the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period is extended by 12 months, under Article 53 of the Consumer Code.
This policy applies to purchases of goods made in the website's online shop. Appointment requests sent through the booking forms are not purchases of goods and are handled directly with the Data Controller using the contact details on this page. No downloadable digital products are sold on the website.
2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send the seller an unequivocal statement of the decision to withdraw from the contract before the 14-day period expires. The notice may be sent:
- by email to webvoyage0@gmail.com;
- by registered letter to: User Test, Hdiskw, 36100, Vicnene, Vi, Portugal.
The notice should state the consumer's full name, the order number or date, the goods to which the withdrawal relates and the email address used for the purchase. The consumer may, but is not required to, use the following model:
“To User Test, Hdiskw, 36100, Vicnene, Vi, Portugal, email webvoyage0@gmail.com. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [description of the goods], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name of the consumer: [name]. Address of the consumer: [address]. Date and signature (only if sent on paper).”
The withdrawal deadline is met if the notice is sent before the 14-day period expires, even if the seller receives it later. The consumer must be able to prove that the notice was sent in time, so keeping the email sent or registered mail receipt is recommended. The seller will promptly confirm by email that it has received the withdrawal notice.
3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply, as far as relevant here, to:
- goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons (for example skin or body care products), if they have been unsealed after delivery;
- goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items;
- sealed audio or video recordings and sealed computer software which have been unsealed after delivery.
The exclusion applies only to goods that actually fall within one of these categories. Before purchase, the consumer is informed on the product page or during the order process if a good is personalised or non-returnable. The seller does not sell downloadable digital content, so the exception for digital content supplied with the consumer's consent does not apply.
These exclusions do not affect the consumer's rights if a product is defective or not in conformity with the contract (legal guarantee of conformity, Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code).
4. Return of goods: procedure, deadlines and condition of returned goods
After giving notice of withdrawal, the consumer must send back the goods to the seller, or to a person authorised by the seller, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which the consumer communicated the decision to withdraw (Article 57 of the Consumer Code). The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before it expires.
Goods must be sent to: User Test, Hdiskw, 36100, Vicnene, Vi, Portugal. We recommend writing first to webvoyage0@gmail.com to receive any shipping instructions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the seller, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service and keeping proof of postage, because the risk of loss or damage during the return transport remains with the consumer.
Goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging where possible, with the accessories and documents received. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Simply inspecting the goods, as one could in a physical shop, does not reduce the refund. The seller may deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to any loss in value caused by use beyond what is necessary to test the goods.
5. Refunds
The seller will reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including standard delivery costs paid for the original shipment, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which the seller is informed of the decision to withdraw (Article 56 of the Consumer Code). If the consumer chose a type of delivery more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery offered, the seller is not obliged to refund the extra cost.
If the goods have not yet been returned, the seller may withhold the refund until it has received the goods or the consumer has supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase, through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.), which processes the website's payments via Stripe Connect. The consumer bears no fee for the refund. Once the refund has been issued, the time it takes to appear on the card or bank statement depends on the issuing institution and usually takes a few working days. The seller will not refund by a different method unless the consumer expressly requests it.
6. Contacts for returns and disputes
To give notice of withdrawal, ask about a return or refund, or report a defective or non-conforming product, the consumer may contact:
- User Test (Tax Code JFISKWBAUDOWJQN)
- Address: Hdiskw, 36100, Vicnene, Vi, Portugal
- Email: webvoyage0@gmail.com
- Telephone: +393477249997
For any dispute relating to contracts concluded through the website, the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile have mandatory jurisdiction (Article 66-bis of the Consumer Code). Consumer protection rights remain unaffected, as does the consumer's right to apply to the competent authorities or out-of-court dispute resolution bodies.
